Scope of Services

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you, the client, and us, the managing agent in Singapore. Our services, including but not limited to financial management, maintenance oversight, and administrative support, are provided in accordance with these terms. We are committed to acting in your best interest, upholding professional standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant Singaporean laws and regulations, including the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA).

Client Obligations and Indemnity

As a client, you agree to provide us with all necessary information and access to the property to allow for the effective delivery of our services. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees as detailed in our service agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these terms or any negligent acts or omissions. Our commitment is to manage your property diligently and professionally, but your cooperation is essential for a successful partnership.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled through mediation or arbitration in Singapore. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. This ensures a clear legal framework and provides a fair and structured process for resolving any disagreements, protecting the interests of both parties.
